The Testing Rubric

All tests will consist of a match duel. Testees will be tested on deck build, duel performance, knowledge during the duel, as well a ruling test issued by the Tester. The ruling test consists of 10 questions and a 15 minute time limit.

Banned Decks:
The use of any of the following banned decks will result in a final score of 0, and all Testers are not allowed to use any type of deck on this list; banned decks are:

Burn
Exodia
Mill
Stall
Jackpot 7
OTK
Any alternate win condition

Deck Build (Including Side): ??/14
A picture of the deck will be required during the siding process. It is required that one picture is taken before and after siding occurs. Failure to submit pictures results in a score of 0. This is a match so a side deck is required. If a side deck is not present a score of 0 will be given for that section.

Card Count: ??/4 – The ideal count for the main deck is 40, side deck is 15 and extra deck is 15. Any less in side deck and extra deck will result in deductions of 1 per card. Any cards over 40 in the main deck will result in a deduction of 1 per card.
Main Deck/Extra Deck: ??/5– Does the deck appear consistent? Are tech cards visible and usable in the duel? Do the Cards make sense? Is there synergy within the deck? Does the deck appear to flow? Can everything be used?
Side Deck: ??/5 – Does the testee have a side deck? Are the side choices relevant for the current Meta? Does the side deck have synergy with the deck?

Duel: ??/26
Once again this duel is a match so siding skills will be graded. Failure to side without good reason will result in a score of 0 for that section.

Attitude: ??/2– Attitude will be judged. If the Testee is offensive the score will result in 0. A score of 2 will be given to those who show good sportsmanship, and are friendly.
Concentration: ??/10 – Every misplay will have a deduction of 2 for the school. 4 misplays will result in a score of 0.
Control of duel: ??/10 - How well does the Testee maintain advantage in the duel?
Siding Skills: ??/4 – Did the Testee side? Were the sides effective during the duel. Would other side deck options have been viable for the match?

Rulings ??/10
